RESERVATIONS :
Advance bookings are recommeded to secure your preferred treatment date and time.When booking massage therapy,please advise whether you would prefer a male or female therapist.Prior to arrival we recommeded that you leave all jewelry and valuables in your villa before coming to the SPA.

ARRIVAL :
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment in order to complete your health assessment form.
Out of respect for other quests reservations,please be aware that we are unable to extend your treatment time in case of late arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Dear guest. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointments please notify reception 24 hours in advance! For cancellations with less then 2 hours notice including missed appointments, the full price will be charged. Late arrival will result in a shortened or cancelled treatment without refund.
